The Neurology Department is conducting research on the brain, peripheral nerves, muscles, etc., and all diseases that occur in these regions are treated.

Along with stroke and cerebrovascular diseases that are mainly treated, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, Parkinson's disease, dementia, dyskinesia, muscle, and peripheral nerve diseases are treated. Especially, if symptoms such as shaking hands or feet, consciousness disorder, facial paralysis, convulsive seizure, syncope, neuralgia, paraplegia, sensory disorder, and gait disorder manifest, visiting the Neurology Department is recommended.

In addition, the Neurology Department is conducting various research studies for complete recovery from neurological diseases such as neural stem cells, nervous system development, gene therapy, and new drug development. The stroke ICU is also operated as part of our best efforts for quick diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients.
