The Radiology Department provides diagnoses using simple radiation imaging called x-ray to cutting-edge equipment and performs diagnoses of diseases requested by patients at other departments including angiography and interventional procedures to deliver the relevant imaging results in real time for quick diagnosis and treatment.

The Radiology Department at Ajou University Hospital, which boasts of the largest facility in Korea with total ground area of 4,000m2, possesses cutting-edge imaging equipment such as general radiography (CR,DR), high-resolution computed tomography (CT) multiplex tomography (MDCT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), angiography, interventional imaging, digital fluoroscopy, ultrasound color doppler imaging, etc. based on the quick medical image information delivery system to perform quicker and more accurate tests and determination in classified fields including neurology, neurointervention, pediatric, thoracic, abdominal, urogenital, vascular and non-vascular intervention, musculoskeletal system, breast, cardiac, etc.
