You may need to obtain a Guarantee of Payment from your insurance company before visiting Ajou University Hospital.

• If your insurance is associated with one of these TPAs, please request that they send a Guarantee of Payment through the TPA we accept.
• If your insurance is not affiliated with the TPAs mentioned above, please check if they have a representative in Korea.
• Please note that if we cannot obtain a Guarantee of Payment from your insurance company before providing medical services, you may need to pay the bill upfront and then submit the claim yourself.
