      Since each doctor has a limited clinical schedule, we recommend contacting us 1-2 weeks before your desired visit date. Please note that same-day appointments are not available for first-time contact.

      If your issue is urgent, please visit the Emergency Center. However, please be aware that your wait time at the ER may be longer than expected due to a priority program for patients based on the seriousness of their illness.

      If you require a consultation today for personal reasons, we can place your name on the waiting list if there's an available doctor. Please be prepared for potentially longer waiting times, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

      The International Healthcare Center can provide interpretation services in English, Russian, and Japanese during business hours. However, due to the high volume of patients and the substantial demand for interpreters, our interpreters may not be available to accompany you at all times.

      Before receiving any treatment or orders from our doctors, a clinical evaluation is required.

      If you have overseas insurance, including Tricare, you need to visit the International Healthcare Center for every appointment.
