최완선 교수는 한양대학교 의과대학을 졸업하고 한양대학교병원 정형외과 전공의와 수부 전임의를 거쳐 현재 아주대학교 정형외과 부교수로 재직 중이다. 정형외과 및 권역외상센터 소속으로 중증 외상환자의 정형외과적 응급치료 및 상지외상을 주로 담당하고 있다. 대외적으로는 대한정형외과학회 및 대한수부외과학회 정회원으로 활동 중이다.
